From June 21, 2024, to June 23, 2024, Vietprime Healthcare to successfully organize the 2024 Team Building program – VPH in the coastal city of Quy Nhon – Binh Dinh province. The program combines periodic health check-ups in 2024 for employees as well as participating in exchanges between VPH and BDH.
The 2024 Team Building program – VPH aims to further strengthen the solidarity between the Company’s employees, spread the flame of enthusiasm and determination to be ready for new opportunities, new challenges, set goals and take action together to create brilliant successes for the VPH family in the journey ahead. At the same time, Team Building Program 2024 is also an opportunity for all employees to visit and learn about the medical examination and treatment process of Binh Dinh Hospital as well as to interact and create connection and sharing between VPH and the Board of Directors.
Before the team Building 2024 program, all employees of the Company participated in the 2024 periodic health check-up program. The program demonstrated the Company’s Board of Management’s interest in human resources policies applied to employees as well as demonstrated compliance with the provisions of the Labor Law on caring for employment, material and spiritual life and health of employees.
As part of the Team Building program series, on June 22, 2024, the VPH delegation visited and interacted with residents in Cu Lao Xanh Island commune organized by Cu Lao Xanh Travel.
The program was a great success, bringing joy and beautiful memories to the participants. The place was filled with excitement, enthusiasm, voices, laughter and warm family affection of the VPH family.
The Gala Night with the theme “Working enthusiastically – Partying hard” brought many emotions to all participating members. The program took place warmly and vibrantly with the participation of the VPH Board of Directors and the Board of Directors. With the performances that “breathe life” and are full of “family affection” from the members of the big family. With moments when everyone received “laughter” full of delight; Raising a glass of wine to wish each other good health and affirming a spirit of solidarity, effort and enthusiasm for the journey of “Reaching further” in 2024.
Speaking at the Gala Dinner program, Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong (General Director of VPH) sent his congratulations and encouragement to the entire VPH team and the Board of Management, emphasizing and hoping that the program will help employees unite, further promote corporate cultural values, and add motivation to do their best in their work, especially with new opportunities and challenges, employees will change themselves together to strive to change VPH with more drastic goals and actions in 2024.
